“The staff was amazing. Victor, the manager consoled me after I had a bad experience with ball drop.com. He is an excellent manager. The staff had also left chocolates in the room and a happy birthday card for my daughter because it was her 13th birthday. The bartender Jose also was very kind and compassionate, knowing that we had had a rough evening. The hotel had a wonderful Italian restaurant as well. My waiter was amazing. I cannot remember his name, but he was a very tall gentleman and very very kind. The room was very comfortable, and we were very impressed with everything in the room. We loved how they decorated, how there were blue glasses in the bathrooms, the rainbow array of coat hangers, and little shampoos and lotions, and the art on the wall. it also was a really nice location to be for New Year’s Eve as we were able to see the ball drop and we felt like we were VIP. I honestly can’t say enough good things about this hotel.”

Honestly, this is one of my fave hotels on this list of the best hotels in Times Square.
